4oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Coconut Cream
1/2 oz Combier Le Bleu
Combine ingredients with ice into a blender and blend until smooth, pour into glass and garnish with a pineapple spear

2 dash Angostura Bitters
1 muddled Strawberry
Shake and strain into collins glass, top with ginger beer and garnish with a fresh strawberry

Build in Champagne flute with Combier Cassis first

2-3 pc Fresh blackberries
Shake with pebbled/crushed ice and pour into glass, garnish with mint, a fresh berry and topped with powdered sugar

RECIPE FOR: LIQUEUR DE FRAMBOISE
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Combier Framboise
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 pc Egg White
Shake vigorously with ice for 30 seconds, double strain into a cocktail coupe and express the oil from a lemon peel overtop and discard, garnish with a picked raspberry.

1 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Honey Syrup
6-8 pc Mint
Combine ingredients with ice into a blender and blend until smooth, pour into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a mint sprig

RECIPE FOR: LIQUEUR DE SUREAU
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Combier Fleur de Sureau
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
5-6 pc thin cucumber discs
Muddle the cucumber in shaker, add rest of ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into a collins glass topped with club soda, garnish with a cucumber ribbon

2 oz Whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Combier Abricot
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
4-6 pc Mint
Muddle mint in shaker, add rest of ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into glass with ice and garnish with fresh mint sprig

1 1/2 oz Pineapple Rum

1/2 oz Combier de Banane

Shake and double strain into cocktail coupe with 1 1/2 oz sparkling wine, garnish with lemon twist

Shake and strain into a collins glass with ice, top with club soda and garnish with an orange slice and brandied cherry

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Combier Elicser
1 dash Orange Bitters
Stir until well chilled and strain into a small cocktail coupe, garnish with a lemon twist
Spring Sazerac
RECIPE FOR: COMBIER KUMMEL
2 oz Rye Whiskey
Barspoon Demerara Syrup
2 dash Angostura
2 dash Orange Bitters
1/4 oz Combier Kümmel (to rinse)
Pour Combier Kümmel into serving glass and fill with crushed ice, set aside. Stir first 4 ingredients with ice until well chilled, dump ice and Combier Kümmel from glass and strain cocktail inside, garnish with a lemon twist.
